任职资格：Qualifications:
1、大学本科及以上，城市规划专业毕业；

Bachelor’s degree or above, as a city-planning major
2、5年以上规划设计工作经历；

Five or more years of planning and design work experience
3、具有较强的方案创作能力,尤其善于详细规划及城市设计；possess strong Production and creativity skills, especially good at detailed planning and city design

4、具有一定的项目团队组织经验者优先；

Team project organization skills and experience is the first priority
5、具有良好的沟通技巧、团队协作精神和组织协调能力；

Have favorable communication skills, team spirit and collaboration skills, as well as organization and coordination skills
6、有外资企业工作背景、注册规划师优先。

Have experience working in an international company

岗位职责：responsibilities

1、负责规划方案的主创及项目组分工协调；

Responsible for the planning scheme of the main and project team division coordination

2、负责项目投标、汇报工作。

Responsible for the project bid, and work report

3、负责对项目组在项目设计过程中进行必要的技术指导和人员调配； Responsible for project team in project design and process of the necessary technical guidance and staff teamwork ;

4、参与公司设计理念总结以及项目成果分析，形成文字并配合完成出版等工作；Participate in company’s design idea, design summary, and project achievement analysis, assist in the completion of published texts, etc.

工作地点：上海卢湾区建国中路25号9202-9306室（8号桥设计园区）

Company address: Shanghai LuWan District, 25 JiangGuo Zhong road, Office 9202 and 9306 (Bridge 8 design center).
