Job Description : Operations Coordinator / Translator : Spanish speaking , Chinese Native or Spanish Native in China .
Staff level : Junior Executive or Trainee operations officer
Reporting Line : Head of Operations / Group Director-Commercial -China for Able Logistics group
Working Hours - Flexible working hours to adjust to the working hours with Latin America .
Location : Home based and at Shanghai agent’s office

Required skills
- Spanish Language - Reading , writing and speaking ability .
- 1-3 years experience in import/export or supply chain company will be a distinctive advantage
- Ability work on office told i.e. MS office tools
- Ability learn the industry and operations fast


- Communicate with partner offices in Latin America and translate the operational instructions to China operations/Agents
- coordinate any clarifications needed by China operations (Dalian , Shanghai,Ningbo,Shenzhen,Hong Kong ) with Partner in Latin America and get timely responses .
- Update a daily status report and KPIs and send to all parties concerned
- Coordinate supplier / shipment issues , find the root cause and discuss preventive actions .
- Help the Operations head and china agent on operational requirements .
- translate any documents and communicate that to concerned parties .
- Marketing activities to promote the trade lane
- communicate with Agent’s Sales staff , Able Sales staff to promote business . Help them with the language .
