任职资格：Qualifications
1、十年以上相关工作经验，其中4年销售经理经验，市场营销/规划、景观、建筑设计相关专业；

2、相貌端正，能够应付出差任务，良好的沟通能力和敬业精神，自我管理和约束能力；

3、熟悉中国的建筑工程设计市场，对于建筑、规划、景观项目的规模及运作流程比较熟悉；

4、具备丰富的市场开拓，客户接洽和项目谈判经验；
