Major responsibilities:

Facility:
-Highly involved in new plant set up, input valuable advice through location chose, layout draw-up, construction period, machine purchase, all the process related to before-production.
-Build up operation regulations and process. Front lead of all the activities in plant.

Production:
-Make production plan / schedules and be responsible for goals achieving.
-Control production activities, material flow, and inventory level effectively to achieve target.
-Improve manufacturing process to enhance the plant’s production capabilities.
-Lead products& manufacturing process to comply with safety standards & environmental system (ISO14000).
-Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities.
-Monitor and manage the plant’s facilities, equipment and other assets safely & efficiently.
-Make sure our final products timely delivered to customers.

Quality:
-Perform quality inspection of raw material, sub material and finished product.
-Monitor that raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards & system (ISO 9000) and comply with all relevant regulations

People management:
-Lead/manage/coach team members for high team performance
-Work with HR to train/develop team members, align employees’ individual development with company growth
-Production Planning
-Inventory Management
-Project Management


Requirements:
-More than 8 years’ experience of hands on plant operation, be familiar with mechanical parts manufacturing.
-Experience of quality, assembly, machining departments and logistic build up and operation.
-Ability to build up the whole operation from ground up and running a systematic process over day to day operation.

About TCL-IMAX

The company is invested by TCL and IMAX to design, manufacture, market and provide content for high end home theater systems. The parties have spent a great deal of time and resources studying this marketplace and believe there is strong demand, particularly in emerging markets such as China, Russia and the Middle East for a branded, premium quality, fully integrated home theatre solution. The IMAX-TCL home theater system will feature best-in-class video, audio and theater design technology, based upon IMAX’s proprietary cinema intellectual property. The system will not only be able to play ordinary movies, shows and sports events, but also special IMAX enabled content, with all the visual and sound effects that the IMAX technology enables. Owners will have access to content on the day it is released theatrically in the States, China or elsewhere.
