- Conduct regular factory audits and develop training for suppliers to ensure the social, labor, environment, safety and ethical standard are in compliance with corporate and international standards. - Review the internal & 3rd party audit reports and manage suppliers’/factories’ corrective action plan.
- Schedule face-to-face meetings with Suppliers regarding compliance issues.
- Work closely with Merchandising team on strategy and goal setting.
- Maintain and update records for compliance program.
- Keep abreast of the market trends, provide expert opinions on the market changes related to Compliance/Environmental.
- Support the Regional Compliance Director to roll out new compliance initiatives/programs/projects. - Motivate, develoop employees to build quality bench strength and appropriate retention, create positive envionrment and high staff morale.

Requirements
- University graduate;; minimum 8 years relevant working experience of which 2 years in management level.
- Knowledge of labor and environmental law in China and other jurisdictions in Asia
- Knowledge of health and safety
