Responsibilities工作职责：
1.向客户提供专业咨询，邀约客户上门体验课程，了解课程与教学活动；
2.挖掘新客户，熟悉电话营销手段；
3.协助课程顾问完成销售过程，促成销售达成；
4. 跟踪维护未报名客户，促成二次到访，达成销售；
5. 达成公司指定的业绩目标；
6. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

Requirements职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历应届毕业生，有销售意识和较强的客户粘性；
2. 热情、有亲和力，普通话标准，口齿清晰；
3. 沟通力强，具备出色的电话沟通能力；
4. 思维敏捷，学习能力强；
5. 具备销售意识，愿意挑战高薪，能承受工作压力；
6. 具有话务员、电话销售相关工作经验者优先。
