Responsibilities 职责
1、负责线下推广部门的管理（团队建设，招聘培训、统筹管理、活动策划等）。
2、推广计划跟进和考核及相关的成本控制，并带领推广团队达成目标；
3、带领团队和目标客户进行有效沟通，推广公司品牌，并邀约潜在客户参加咨询活动；
4、开发合适的咨询推广活动地点，拓展合适的市场渠道；
5、开展异业合作，进行合作沟通与谈判；
6、上级安排的其他工作。

Requirements 职位要求：
1、学历不限,一年以上市场推广（线下）工作经验，有一定团队带领经验；
2、具有高度的责任心和较强的领导沟通能力和执行力；
3、能积极面对挑战及压力，工作积极主动；
4、具备创业精神，团队合作精神和高度的敬业精神；
5、熟悉培训行业，有英语培训机构推广经验优先。
