GA-CML, Lighting Business Unit of Grupo Antolin, is a major supplier of lighting systems in automotive industry for worldwide car makers and tier one suppliers.
Our company is looking for two Optical Engineers for our Guangzhou design office and for our Shanghai design office.

Responsability
Reporting to Design Office Manager, you ensure optical validations of our lighting systems designs, respecting costs, quality and leadtime targets.

You are in charge of :
- Developing products with french optical experts and local mechanical designers.
- Participating to Design FMEA.
- Building technical files related to optical activity. Feed know-how books and specifications requirements.
- Help our laboratory to correctly manage optical measurement tools.
- Check and approve technical feasibility of the product/manufacturing process, by building mocks-up or prototypes, and analyzing their performances through laboratory tests results.
- During mass production launch, participate to product tuning process and to qualification of optical components.

You have to work closely with other optical and mechanical engineers from our other technical centers (in China or abroad: France, Germany…) .
A training period is necessary at our french design office for a minimum of 3 months.

Profile

You are graduated in optical from an engineering school.
Creative, curious and good at communication, you are able to work fluently in English.
You are familiar with SPEOS optical simulation and Catia V5 softwares.
