Responsibilities:

· Manage customer account, business and growth

· Be a window person to customers representing the company to create and maintain good customer relationship;

· Grow the business and market share at customer.

· Get new RFQs and take responsibility to get new business by properly managing the bidding process;

· Lead the internal activities to achieve customer satisfaction.

· Communicate both internally and externally in proactive and efficient way



Qualifications:

1) Min 5 years of account manager in the sales and marketing area, with convincing working experience in automobile industry

2) Familiar with automotive interior and a good customer relationship are expected;

3) Excellent inter-personal and communication skill.

4) Sales experience to international major customer and engineering background are plus.

5) Good leadership and teamwork ability;

6) Ability to work in the multicultural environment.

7) Good oral and written English are required.
