Restaurant and Bar Manager


:

· Responsible for daily operations.

· Demonstrate clear communication skills during interactions with all customers and parties.

· Ensure all types food beverages and drinks are prepare with standards.

· Be proactive and resourceful in the analysis of market trends,changing needs & expectation of customers in terms of food quality and service.

· Monitor system & process to ensure that resources are used effectively this includes minimizing wastages

· Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.

· Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

· Performing cleaning tasks in according to duty rosters.

· Provide leadership & guidance to staffs in achieving overall



Requirements:

· Pleasant, easy going, great smile and mature personality.

· Able to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

· A team player with a positive attitude.

· Have initiative & hardworking with positive attitude to learn & contribute

· Good knowledge, technique and passion for all beverages (cocktail, Wine, Coffee...).

· Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

· Must be able to do multi-tasking job

· PC literate,well organized and self-motivated

· Minimum F&B management diploma equivalent or higher,minimum 3 years relevant experience

· Only malaysian or indonesian need to apply
