Major responsibilities

1、Lead the development of brand CRM campaigns,to formulate CRMstrategy and plan to help deliver the brand objective

2、On-going data analysis for various of marketing interlligence,including consumer segmentation,businss issue and opportunity,product/campaign post tracking,customer profile tracking,etc

3、Lead the development of direct marketing communication materials(DM,MMS,EDM,etc)based on vonsumer segmentation

4、Lead the team to supervise on-line and off-line CSR performance ,ensuring team competency and KPI delivery

5、Lead the Wechat CRM platform,ensuring the in-time effeicient communication with members

6、Work with sales&training team to make sure the front-line implementation&communication to get potential customers as well as maintain the existing members

7、Coach 1 subordinator

REQUIREMENT

1、Bachelor degree from a reputable university

2、5+ years experience in CRM or trade marketing.perefer a database marketing experience

3、Good analytical skill as well as business sense,open minded ,seeking out fresh ideas from a wide variety of sources

4、Result driven ,meanwhile can motivate the team aining the same

5、Displays proactively and persistence

6、Strong in managing complexity ,can set priority and help the team with clear directions

7、Good communication skill and people managing skill
