Job Summary

As part of the world’s largest retailer(Top third B2C E-commerce website in US, providing online shopping for US, Canada, UK customers) is building agile infrastructure that scales for its large eCommerce web sites. Given the rapid growth of our infrastructure, the Monitoring team is building the next generation monitoring. Qualifications

· 3 to 5 years of experience with scripting languages such as BASH, Perl, Python or Ruby.

· 3 to 5 years of experience developing and administering monitoring solutions (preferably beyond the enterprise tools market).

· 5 years of UNIX/LINUX based operating systems and networking.

· Experience with systems automation and Configuration Management frameworks.

· Good communication skills.

· Works well in a team environment.

· Experience in an agile development environment is a plus.

· Able to lead the development of complex monitoring implementations from start to finish.
