职位描述
Objectives:
Ensure market access for our products
Contribute to distribution network alignment and planning
Manage the distribution network for the specified product line in China
Main Responsibility:
Is responsible for the creation,and deploymentof the aftermarket dealer alliance program.
Is responsible for data collection and analysis concerning the distibution planning project.
oActs as the enabler for all added value elements created
oCoordinates the internal systems for the dealers’ fund accuals.
oCreates business development plans with the selected dealers and oversees the deployment of the plan with the account managers.
oHolds and updates the dealer contract database
Functions:
1.Dealer data collection and analysis:
Creates distribution mapping for china, assists in brand allocation strategy, dealer partner selection process and program creation.
2.Develop the partnership program offer: ?
Construction, running and continuous improvement of the program offer
3.Dealer partner program deployment
Coordinates company resources to deliver the added value proposition to the selected dealers.
Works with operational sales team to monitor dealer compliance to the contract, sales performance and authorises sanctions where necessary.
Owns the process of creating and deploying dealer business development plans with the operational sales teams.
Creates and deploys auditing and retention criteria for the dealer.
4.Competitor monitoring & analysis of the performance of our Re-seller Approach
Up-to-date panorama of competitor’s offers
Our partnership programs are seen by our clients as competitive
5.Responsible for monitoring and analysis of indicators in their area of responsibility including campaign actions ?
In cooperation with Management Control and Marketing Intelligence, informs regularly on:
oSOA
oMarket share By Channel
o Margin by Channel

Means:
1.Analysis tools
2.Added value service menu for dealers.
3.Internal network
4.Budget ?

1.Quality of deployment of the commercial model.
2.Precision of commercial targeting and sales penetration.
3.Professionalism of our staff and dealers

Performance indicators:
1.Committed share of account (and sales) for selected partner dealers
2.Brand allocation strategy clear and well deployed.
3.Weight (in volume) of distributors that are alliance partners.
4.Retail/wholesale Balance
5.Market share
6.Performance of alliance distributors (market, financial, growth)
7.Efficiency of transverse processes (Distribution Committee…)
8.Dealer Satisfaction (CVA)
Specifics:
Sales and salesforce management previous experience essential, billingual Chinese English.
