Purpose of the position 岗位要求

— Prepare design technical including layout drawing, P&ID, 2D/3D Drawing, etc.

具备设计包括P&ID，2D/3D出图能力。

— Main focus are designing flow skids including piping, instruments and valves starting from 3D Model and ending in detail fabrication drawings.

工作重点为流体控制设计包括仪器仪表与管阀件的3D出图，

— Clarify the scope and issues with supplier, keep the designed drawing for system/equipment meet our requirements.

确认技术参数，协调供应商，确保达到系统/产品设计要求，

— Uses CAD equipment to provide support, preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches & diagrams. Details to include all views and dimensions necessary for manufacture. Update and maintain drawing regarding changes.

能够熟练的使用CAD软件，提供包括布局图，内部结构图，组装图，草图和配件列表，必须含有所有的细节、尺寸和更新图纸信息。

— Supporting customer installations with installation drawings, if required.

有为客户提供专业指导，按照客户要求修改图纸的能力。

Principal responsibilities 主要职责

— Act as a Project CAD-Designer (basic design) as well as a Detail CAD Designer

可以独立完成平面图设计

— Creating 3D-Model and collision check (Project CAD Design role)

可以制作3D模拟图和碰撞试验(项目CAD设计角色)

— Creating fabrication drawings (2D drawings) with detail measures

可以完成生产尺寸图的设计

— Responsible for entering bill of material (BOM) data (Main parts, such as control valves and flowmeter ). Pipe fittings such as flanges, elbows are part of BOM.

能够根据设计列出设计材料清单

— Utilizes knowledge of various flow equipment, engineering practices, raw materials, processes and other physical sciences to complete drawings.

熟悉仪器仪表，管路阀件以及原材料知识，具备相关设计从业经验

— Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

能够阅读和解释文件，例如安全规则，操作和维护说明，及程序手册

— Coordinate and communicate technical issues among various groups including US and Europe and Local Design Institute.

协调和沟通各团体，包括美国和欧洲本地设计院之间的技术问题。

— Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

能够以书面,口头,图,或计计划表形式解释各种指令

— Develop multiple product concepts or improve existing products.

设计新产品，升级现有产品

— Ability to complete basic mechanical mathematic calculations (stress, friction, etc. are desirable), processing calculations.

有能力完成对产品的机械性能的计算（压力，摩擦力等等）

— Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

— Work with engineering team and suppliers to resolve potential design issues.

Required key skills (functional/technical) 所需关键技能

— Fluent in oral and written English;

熟练使用英语

— Good general computer skill especially in MS Office products

熟练使用办公软件（MS Office最佳）

— High skill level in 3D/2D CAD software (Auto CAD Inventor desirable), act as a professional CAD designer.

熟练使用Auto CAD

— Must be detail oriented to avoid design errors and omissions.

Required qualifications/experience 所需资格/经验

— 3+ years in engineering, chemical or gas, industries in project design department, Design Institute for processing and piping scopes;

3年以上的化学，气体工业项目和相关行业管路设计和流程设计工程师经验，

— Multinational project/system design experience and knowledge of gas/chemical piping system and equipment is highly desirable;

拥有跨国项目或系统设计经验以及气体和化工管道系统设备的知识储备，

— BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering;

化学，机械或仪器工程专业等本科或者硕士。
