Responsibilities:

？ To administrate qualify pipeline in intranet INSIGHT for management reporting.
？ To consolidate weekly pipeline reports from business managers and to analysis pipeline growth for sales manager.
？ To prepare and to provide monthly pipeline report to management
？ To assist sales team to work with Finance for customer invoicing so that sales team can follow up with customer for all outstanding issues.
？ To initiate Sale Records and RFQ in INSIGHT for business manager.
？ To administrate and manage customer contracts.
？ To facilitate Contract Renewal from INSIGHT and remind business managers to follow up with customers.
？ To manage sufficient sales materials, i.e. product brochures and company profiles, for sales team.
？ To administrate customer presentation ppt files from INSIGHT
？ To facilitate weekly sales team meeting in Beijing and Shanghai on every THURSDAY morning.
？ To liaise with different departments or business units for office administration.




Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

？ Positive attitude, be committed, resilience, and be achievement oriented
？ University graduation or equivalent experience
？ 1 years of administrative working experience is prefer
？ Good communication capabilities including interpersonal, oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills
？ Able to communicate in verbal and written English.
？ PC/Office automation literate; experienced with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
？ Experience working with contact and pipeline management software.
？ Organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills
？ Ability to operate as self-starter, motivator, team player
