You will be involved in Annual Operating Planning process and assist in setting the future strategic directions of the Business Unit. Other responsibilities include management/KPI reporting, forecasting and analysis, financial modeling and reviews, sales and bidding support, client contracts management, commission schemes management as well as M&A project support. You are required to take lead and facilitate team members in delivering a timely and effective outcome jointly.
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
? University Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting / Economics or related discipline
? At least 3 years’ accounting / auditing / business planning / commercial or relevant experience
? Build financial models for potential acquisition opportunities
? Conduct market research, comparable transaction analysis and due diligence works for business case development.
? Prepare reports and presentations.
? Strong numeric sense and analytical mind
? Proactive, initiative and able to solve problems independently
? Able to handle and manage multi-tasks to meet deadlines
? Good interpersonal & communication skills
? Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (and Mandarin preferred)
? Proficiency in PC applications, especially spreadsheets and presentation tools
