Job Title : Supply Planning Officer
Report to : Supply Planning Supervisor or Supply Planning Manager
Location : Shanghai, China


2.0 JOB SUMMARY

？ To be responsible for supply planning management and inventory management for SKF internal and external customers


3.0 JOB REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Education
- Colleague degrees or above
- Major in logistics and management will be preferred

3.2 Knowledge / Skills
- Proficient in computer operation (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of order management systems will be preferred
- Strong analytical competence, numerical focus and spread sheet skills
- Good in oral and written English with CET 4 or above
- Good Communication skills with people in different functions
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Customer-oriented

3.3 Specific Experience
- Knowledge of logistics & supply chain management
- Material/finished goods planning background in relevant industrial





4.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow and work based on daily/weekly/monthly supply planning routines
- Ensure high availability level through daily replenishment of planned items and regular review and maintain planning parameters
- Follow and develop supply planning process with consideration on the company’s long term development and market needs.
- Monitors stock level and stock profile with involvement of business units to ensure the best utilization of the company’s asset and high service level
- Continuously drive to achieve higher stock turns meanwhile secure high availability
- Manages supply order development and take all actions to prevent unnecessary inflow of surplus stock
- Positively and proactively communication and coordinate with customers and suppliers for solving various supply issues
- Analyze business trend and capture market demand
- Participate and support supply chain related projects
- Drives and implements quality improvement initiatives and the Company’s management practices to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
- Cultivates SKF values and promote SKF strategic drivers in the company by acting as a role model and encouraging the application of the elements in daily planning activities and discussion
