V-Zug, Household Appliances Division, high-end Swiss producer, for its Shanghai based International Purchasing Office Asia Pacific is looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1.Scout new suppliers with proper qualifications and references.
2.Perform phone interviews and preliminary assessments of companies.
3.Interact with Purchasing and Development teams in HQ to understand needs.
4.Interact technically and commercially with suppliers.
5.Raise RFQs with proper explanations and technical specifications.
6.Perform comparisons of quotation with analyses of the cost breakdowns.
7.Negotiate technical, logistic and commercial conditions with proper analyses. 8.Prepare Quality Audits, including all relevant documentation.
9.Assist in the Auditing process.
10.Lead the process for sampling, testing and approval of new parts.

Main Requirements:
1.Proved professional experience and ability to perform the tasks required.
2.Technical education, preferably an electronics engineering bachelor degree.
3.Ability in working in a team creating a positive challenging working environment.
4.Availability to be on business trip with tough schedule on a weekly basis.
5.Great command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.
