岗位职责
Responsibilities

1.负责与客户及代理的交流沟通工作，协助市场营销制片完成公司的后期制作服务市场推广。
Responsible for the communication with agencies and clients, assist Marketing Producer to do Post 1 Production marketing.
2.对公司的核心价值有很深入的了解，包括艺术家，后期制作团队以及其他的各项服务。
Deep Knowledgment of Company's assets including artists, post production and other services.
3.与3D效果，音效，动画等服务提供商保持良好的关系。
Maintain good relationships with 3D effect, sound effect, animation and other suppliers.
4. 对后期制作工作流程有升入了解，能够对后期制作软件进行基本的操作。
Deep understanding of Post Production work flow, basic knowledge of post production software.
5. 负责整个后制项目的管理工作，包括制定预算，统筹安排，时间管理，外包管理等。
In charge of project management , including budgeting, scheduling, timeline management, outsource management and etc..
6. 保证项目在预算范围内按时完成。
To ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
7. 应答客户的问询，与客户和代理协商项目相关的各项事宜。
Answer inquiries, negotiate with agencies and clients.
8.负责制片助理和其他初级员工的培训工作。
Responsible for the training of associate producer and other junior positions.
9.负责与财务部门沟通，完成结款任务。
Responsible for communication with accounting department for billing purposes.
10.协助后期制作总监管理整个后制团队。
Assist director to manage post production team.
