职位描述
Title: Construction Cost Controller (工程造价师)
Responsibilities:
-Create and follow up budgets together with Construction Manager
-Work closely with Construction Manager to create new ways of working for construction team.
-Develop and implement methods, systems to increase efficiency and quality and decrease cost and time on construction projects.
-Support the Construction Manager and the Construction Team.
Job Requirements:
-Controlling and Construction background would be an asset to the position.
-Flexible to work in an office environment and to travel across our construction / retail locations when required.
-Self motivated and strong own initiative and able to initiate action and actively identify new areas for learning and improvement.
-Extended experience in Microsoft office programs, especially excel.
-Analytical skills and to plan long term without losing the day to day details
-Mandarin and English should be fluent both in reading and writing. Knowledge in other languages is a plus
