Location: Shanghai
Company: A sizable Europe buying office in Shanghai
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Work in the factory production premise, monitor the production process and report any abnormality found. Working with vendor for the root cause and correction plan of the discrepancies. Follow up with the implementation and the effectiveness of the corrective action.
2. Evaluation of all vendor quality assurance systems, processes and documentation of systems. Evaluations are accomplished by the Production Audit reports.
3. To Analysis and Corrective Action Plan for In-house and Customers Rejects
4. Responsible for all Supplier Quality Rejects, Issues Supplier CAR and monitor Supplier Quality Improvement Plan and Effectiveness
5. Responsible for New Supplier Qualification with related department
6. Responsible for In-coming Inspectors Training (new inspectors and for all new products)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above graduate in Production / Industrial engineering.
2. at least 3 years working experience in quality function
3. Good knowledge for ISO 9000 and 14000 SPC SIXSIGMA
4. Good skills in communication,result orientation,decision making,strong team work spirit,Strong leadship, family with different kind of analysis tools.
5. Working knowledge of international product inspection standards and practices
6. Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
