职位描述:
Job Title: GL Accountant (总账会计)
A leading fashion retailer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
n Familiar to the PRC GAAP, follow the accounting routine and coach the daily operation in the shop
n Check the vouchers and handle the payment process;
n Responsible for monthly closing process and prepare the monthly analysis report.
n Key entry all the stock transfer between shops
n Familiar to tax law and regulations and good at declaration process.
n Other jobs assigned by direct supervisor
Job Requirement：
n Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Economics, Accounting, Finance, CPA/ACCA is preferred
n At least 5 years working experience, including 2 years GL experience or tax experience
n Experience with MS office, have a sense of responsibility and a team player.
n Accounting Certificate is must
n Good command of Mandarin and English (oral & written)
n Accounting working experience in other multinationals is preferred.



Job Title: AP Accountant (应付会计)
A leading fashion retailer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
n Familiar to the China GAAP, follow the accounting routine and coach the daily operation in the shop
n Check the invoices and verify the goods receipts;
n Key entry all the stock purchase vouchers correctly;
n Check the expense /fixed assets invoices;
n Key entry all the expense/fixed assets vouchers correctly;
n Reconcile the payable accounts and finish the account analysis report in the monthly cut.
n Other jobs assigned by direct supervisor
Job Requirement：
n Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Economics, Accounting, Finance,
n At least 5 years’ relevant work experience
n Experience with MS office, have a sense of responsibility and a team player.
n Accounting Certificate is must
n CPA or CTA preferred
n Accounting working experience in other multinationals is preferred.



Job Title: AR Accountant (应收会计)
A leading fashion retailer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
n Familiar to the China GAAP, follow the accounting routine and coach the daily operation in the shop
n Check the shop revenue and expense and correct the mistake if find. Book the voucher and makes sure the booking correct.
n Performs accounts receivable reconciliation in month end closing process.
n Key entry all the stock transfer between shops
n Other jobs assigned by direct supervisor
Job Requirement：
n Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Economics, Accounting, Finance,
n At least 5 years relevant work experience, familiar of the retail industry
n Experience with MS office, have a sense of responsibility and a team player.
n Accounting Certificate is must
n CPA or CTA preferred
n Accounting working experience in other multinationals is preferred; Fluent English Skilled is preferred.



Job Title: Tax Responsible(税务会计)
A leading fashion retailer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
n According to the tax regulation calculate、declare and pay the tax return monthly and finish the annual tax filing
n File and register all the invoices according to the company routines;
n Inspect and coach all the invoice management work in branches and make sure they follow the tax regulations;
n Manage all the tax agencies in all the cities and make sure the agencies declare the tax on time and correctly;
n Other jobs assigned by direct supervisor
Job Requirement：
n Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Economics, Accounting, Finance,
n At least 5 years relevant work experience including 3 years on tax area, familiar of the retail industry
n Experience with MS office, have a sense of responsibility and a team player.
n CPA or CTA preferred
n Accounting working experience in other multinationals is preferred; Fluent English Skilled is preferred.
