Requirements:
1. 2 years or above working experience in environment/social auditing.
2. Good knowledge of local laws/regulations and management system pertaining to environment, Health & safety and social responsibility.
3. Familiar with ISO9000/ISO14000/OHSAS 18000/SA8000 or other equivalent systems.
4. Field operator with ability to organize set priorities and work unsupervised.
5. Knowledge of production process in factory; Working experience in production units.
6. Good communication and audit skills.
7. Good at observing, analyzing and reporting.
8. Fluent written and spoken English.
9. Responsible work attitude.
10. Interact well with team members; Ability to work with and through others.
11. Willing to keep learning for continuous improvement.
12. Be free to travel at a weekly base.
13. Strong interest/believe in Social and Environmental field.
14. Personality (Decisive, Curiosity, Firm).
15. A good fit with Value and strong business ethics is an important base.
16. Experience of participating S&E project.
