Job Title: Training and Development Manager(培训发展经理)
Our client is a leading fashion retailer in China.

Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibility:
1. Design and develop training and development programs.
2. Implement training programs.
3. Ensuring statutory training requirements are met.
4. Plan training program.
5. Supervise trainers (including store managers and back office trainers from various depts.)
6. Train trainer and supervisors techniques and skills for training.
7. Appraisal of training effectiveness.
8. Design career development for all positions.
9. Identify and implement training needs.
10. Knowledge management.
11. Training Budget.
Job Qualification:
1. Minimum of 5 years human resources experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years training manager experience.
3. Preferable to have experience in apparel industry (international brands)
4. Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
5. Ability to architect and drive change.
6. Ability to lead in a global, matrix environment.
7. A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
8. Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
9. Creative, forward thinker
