荷贝（宁波）国际贸易有限公司是荷贝（荷兰）国际投资管理集团旗下的子公司之一。荷贝（荷兰）国际投资管理集团成立于2010年，本集团从事电子商务行业，市场遍及欧洲各国及澳洲，在全球多个国家都设有子公司，负责各个国家的销售。目前是欧洲最大的电子商务卖家之一。
荷兰沃格贸易有限公司与荷贝（荷兰）国际投资管理集团属于同一投资人的兄弟公司，总部都位于荷兰。荷兰沃格贸易有限公司成立于2006年。荷兰沃格贸易有限公司负责采购，并在中国宁波设有办事处，负责中国及周边国家的产品开发采购及质量控制。

Haba (Ningbo) Trading International Ltd is one of the subsidiaries of Haba International Beheer B.V., which was founded in 2010. Engaged in E-commerce business and as one of the largest E-commerce sellers in Europe, the company sales in several countries in Europe and Australia with subsidiaries in those countries.
 Head office was setup in the Netherlands, Woger Trading International B.V. and Haba Trading Internationaal Beheer are brother companies with same investors. Founded in 2006, Woger Trading International B.V. also has buying office in Ningbo, China, targeting on product purchasing and quality control in China and in neighborhood countries as well.
  There is 300 employees globally hired by us and 110 in China. Haba Trading International Ltd Shanghai Branch is founded for the project of IT and Customer Service departments.
  The company has been expanding dramatically fast every year which is one of the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. Our goal is to become a largest E-commerce seller in the coming three years.
