Main Responsibilities:

-Overall responsibility covering Sourcing, Production Coordination as it relates to doing business in China for the company.
-Be accountable for planning, defining and developing strategic and business objectives of China sourcing in accordance with the company’s objectives;
-Manage and direct the company’s operations to achieve all business plans, objectives and profitability targets;
-Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved in terms of the timely delivery of quality products and services;

Requirements:
Functional Work Experience.
-At least 5 years track record experience in Sourcing/Purchasing in Home Textiles.
-Ability to juggle various functions at one time, but stay focused on the big picture and the bottom line;
-A team builder with team-working spirit, organizational development ability and mentoring skills;
-Demonstrated skills and capability of creating/managing/motivating a cohesive team;
-General knowledge of Private Label business would be a plus;
-A true sense of urgency and quality control.

-Ability to focus on organizations, set goals and be result-oriented, driven to meet time schedules, budgets, and metrics;
-Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communications skills;
-A strategic leader with the ability to motivate and develop others, possess solid track record in staffing, coaching and team building;
-Demonstrated ability to perform and lead teams efficiently and effectively under high pressure situations and deadlines;
-Possess strong business / commercial acumen.

Language Requirements:
-Fluency in English required.

-Must be flexible and willing to travel to China numerous times a year from the United States.
