岗位职责：
1．店铺窗口处理旺旺销售问题
2．客户评价处理
3. 了解客户需求，能为客户推荐相关产品
4．查件结果反馈给客户,后续跟踪问题
5. 客户订单问题处理及解答
岗位要求：
1、高中或中专学历，有淘宝客服经验者优先；
2、逻辑思维强,条例清晰,具备良好的洞察力，谈吐清楚,有电话沟通经验优先；
3、熟悉办公软件操作,打字60字以上/分
