Main Responsibility:
(1) Execute and manage on-line marketing, i.e. Lead generation/ Lead Nurturing with global marketing automation system and web;
(2) Lead project team through business process and functional requirements definition;
(3) Lead documentation of new business processes, capabilities and functional requirements;
(4) Create China campaign and nurturing plan;
(5) Get knowledge transfer from Japan and US based coworkers;
(6) Transfer your knowledge including fact findings and insight to other regions especially to Asia Pacific;
(7) Contribute to system design reviews to identify potential issues;
(8) Communicate and manage project risks. Support systems test planning and test
script development. Develop deployment and communication plans.

Job Experience and Requirements:
(1) Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, engineering, or equivalent educational or professional experience;
(2) 2+ years of experience in Marketing, e-Business or B2B project management;
(3) Knowledge of web usability and some technology;
(4) Have experience in managing multiple priorities, vendors and projects simultaneously;
(5) Have experience working with Marketing or lead nurturing systems (ex: Eloqua), CRM systems;
(6) Have experience with project management tools;
(7) Stay abreast of industry trends and issues to support project direction and recommendations;
(8) Excellent personal interaction skills and strong networking ability;
(9) Outstanding presentation and collaboration skills to drive ideas and gain consensus with global internal and external stakeholders;
(10) Ability to incorporate new learning into existing plans and act decisively;
(11) Ability to exercise keen judgment and make sound and timely decisions;
(12) Ability to interact effectively with senior management across the business enterprise;
(13) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
(14) Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point and Excel;
