岗位要求：

• 大专以上学历；
• 五官端正，热情开朗；
• 热爱并关注时尚，对时尚或设计有自己的想法和见解；
• 具备良好的客户服务意识；良好的团队协作能力；良好的沟通交流能力；
• 高端品牌或设计相关零售店店员经验优先；
• 具备良好的英语沟通能力。

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize the sales opportunities through commercial focus and outstanding customer service
• Focuses upon teamwork and works actively to establish and maintain a professional team.
• Handle customer complaints and returns according to the company regulations.
• Ensure store operation processes are standardized, give suggestion to improve store standard and sales.

Qualifications:

• Preferred background from Design/fashion and retail industry (premium brands)
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good commercial sense and sales drive
• Good team player
• Good communication skills in Chinese and basic English communication skills
