工作职责：
1、负责员工招聘、入职、人事关系管理、出勤、离职等管理；
2、完善公司的人事制度并积极执行实施；
3、负责公司相关证照的年检及变更管理；
4、负责固定资产管理等其它相关行政事宜；
5、完成领导交办的其他事宜。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，2年以上相关行政人事工作经验；
2、熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规；
3、具有良好的沟通能力和技巧、具有亲和力；
4、有强烈的责任感及敬业精神，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、具有一定的英语语言基础，良好的计算机水平，熟练操作office办公软件。
