Job Description:
A market research trainee gets to learn market research knowledge and techniques by assisting in research projects. After trainee period (6-9 months), if the potential got proven, he/she will be assigned to a position in a research team according to his/her personal strength and intentions.
Requirements:
Most of our clients are oversea, so being fluent in English in both written and verbal communication is a MUST.
Bachelor Degree or above. Major in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Economics is a plus, but not a must.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
He / She ought to be a logic thinker, and able to abstract and prioritize the core information out of loads of materials.
He / She should be hardworking, good at handling pressure and frustration.
He / She wants to to grow into an expert with high professionalism in a long-term career and willing to devote continuous great effort. He / She is not looking for a job with easy to handle task, which can be pick up quickly.
A market researcher must have good common sense to understand the real needs beyond the conversation. Must be capable to go over the existing edge to find new solution for the challenges.
