职位描述：

1）负责车间技术管理，质量检验及计量管理工作。
2）负责车间各工种在施工过程中质量检验，在保证质量的前提下减少材料损耗，降低成本。
3）经常巡回车间，及时了解生产过程中所出现的技术问题和计量问题，及时纠正生产中的差错，保证生产质量，减少返工浪费。
4）负责对现场发现不合格进行确认，标识开出不合格的报告单，严格执行不合格品评审结论，并做好现场操作员工作，好隔离措施。
5）负责按图纸、工艺、工作指导书等对现场加工工序产品、半成品，进行检验和试验，包括定点监测和巡回检验，首件检验及封样并做好检验和试验的记录。
任职要求
1）二年以上的质检员工作经验者为佳。
2）看懂图纸，会使用量具。
3）熟悉QC检验工具和抽样、检查方法等专业知识
4）具备较强的沟通能力和组织能力；诚实严谨，原则性强；
5）具有门窗相关建筑行业工作经验者优先。
