Responsibilities

? Work with subcon on the day to day input plan and output goals.
? Coordinate and monitor products running at subcon.
? Work on subcon operational performance to meet delivery and services.
? Establish production schedules and capacity requirements from engineering plans and production
? Coordinate with subcons on materials requirements (leadframe/ substrates/tray etc) to meet Micron schedules
? Act as liason between subcons and Micron
? Manage subcons die/WIP inventory
? Work with subcons on the constraints (capacity, materials,logistics) and recovery
? Coordinate with micron team on product prioritizations
? Work with subcons on cycle time daily shipments and WIP reporting
Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Diploma with working experience
? Good English communication skills
? Willing to work long hours if needed, Hardworking and Analytical
? Computer Literate: Knowledge of SAP/ Microsoft Excel/Macro is required
? Knowledge of Microsoft Access would be advantageous
