Establishing all kinds of standards on cycle time, labor and capacity, optimizing process productivity, reduce production cost, improve quality, eliminate waste, and ensure that production system operations at best situation.
建立标准工时 ，人员和生产能力的分析，优化和提高生产率，降低生产成本，提高生产质量，消除浪费，确保生产系统处于最好的状态。

Job Requirements:

Lean production with IE and engineering experience ;
工业工程方面的精益生产经验；
Familiar with manufacturing company operations and procedure;
熟悉制造工厂的操作及流程；
Familiar with MS office (word, excel PowerPoint) and proficient at Auto-CAD;
熟悉office办公软件(word, excel PowerPoint)和精通Auto-CAD；
Good problem solving, project management and good communication skills, and good team work spirits
解决问题，项目管理和沟通能力强，具备较好团队合作精神；
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
英语和普通话的书写和沟通能力强。
Familiar with all kinds of lean methods, such as SMED, 5S, A3,JIT, VSM, TPM, KAIZEN, Pull system, and level production, etc.
熟悉各种精益方法，例如快速换线，5S，A3问题解决报告，准时生产，价值流程图，全面维护保养和KAIZEN，拉动系统及均衡生产等。
Have certain experience, such as production site layout, productivity increase of production lines, optimize production processes, improving production lines and ect.
有一定的经验于生产现场布局，生产线效率提升；优化生产流程和改进生产线等。

Main Responsibilities:
1.Establishing the standardized working time on each process for hourly labor, analyzing labor utilization including hourly and salary labor as manning plan, analyzing capacity utilization for all production line or equipment
建立生产线的标准工时，分析并计划人员的利用，其中包括工时制员工和工薪制员工。分析生产线设备的利用率。
2.Establishing and updating all existing production line on technical documents, such as plant layout, 5s CAD scroll, Job instruction, Standardize work chart and Labor scroll. Collecting and updating all lines C/O, V/A, E/P etc.
建立并更新现有生产线的技术性文件，包括工厂的布局图，5s CAD图，作业指导书，标准作业流程图和员工流程图。
3.As a key role to support new program on all activity, such as labor estimate, capacity analysis, labor scroll, job instruction, standardize work chart, line and operator balance, floor Layout planning
积极在以下领域支持新项目投产：包括人员的评估，产能分析，员工流程图，作业指导书，标准作业流程图，生产线和员工的平衡表，用地计划及工厂规划布局。
4.Launch curve running support and improvement activity input.
支持新项目产能爬坡计划，已经在新项目投产阶段提供改进建议和开展改进活动。
5.Update plant documents to AAM corporate as required, such as layout, standard hours, labor scroll, standardize work chart, OEE, Capacity Utilization,etc, and verify the data.
根据需要，从亚太工厂收集并向AAM总部更新一些文件，包括布局图，标准工时，员工流程图和标准流程图，OEE，产能利用率等，并保证数据准确性。
6.Responsible for the improvement and optimization of the production process, improve production efficiency and capacity, optimization of facility layout and equipment configuration.
负责改进和优化生产过程，提高生产效率和能力，优化工厂布局及设备配置。
7.Providing technical support for other AAM facility or JV facility as required
根据需要，为AAM的亚太其他工厂和JV工厂提供技术上的支持。
