1.负责领导团队处理项目从制样到量产的过程
Responsible for leading the team and handling projects from NPI to MP

2.具有分析和解决问题的能力
Able to analyze issues and has problem solve skill

3.能够提供不同风险管理的策略
Able to offer different risk management strategies

4.必须能够规划和设置项目的目标和时间表
Must be able to plan and set project goals and milestones

5.必须能够清晰定义项目需求以及相应的目标
Must clearly define requirements and make targets accordingly

6.能够有效的监测和解决项目问题
Detect and solve project issues effectively

7.监督项目部团队以及处理与不同部门之间的冲突
Supervise project team and managing conflicts within different depts.

8.能够认识到整体项目并实施内部改善和发展计划
Able to recognize areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them

9.确保所有的项目措施符合公司的标准和程序
Make sure all the measures comply with company standards and procedure

10.能够同时胜任多项任务
Able to multi tasks



任职资格Job Qualification:

1.教育背景Education Background
项目管理、企业管理、工程背景或相关专业本科以上学历，硕士优先
Project management, enterprise management, Engineering degree or related bachelor degree or better ,master degree will be preferred

2.培训经历Training Experience:
受过技术管理、项目管理、投资学、谈判等方面的培训
Have training on technical management, project management, investments and negotiation.

3.经验Working Experience:
8年以上相关项目管理及商务谈判工作经验
8 years’ working experience of relevant project management and business negotiations
必须具有电子/半导体行业背景
electronics/semiconductor industry background is a must
有工厂经验者优先
Have manufacturing experience preferred.

4.技能技巧Skill and Knowledge:
a) 具有项目管理理论与经验;
With project management theory and experience
b) 熟悉项目管理方法和管理工具;
Familiar with project management methods and management tools
c) 熟悉立项流程，熟知项目申报程序，能撰写可行性分析报告;
Familiar with project process, project application program, and capable of working feasibility analysis report
d) 优秀的组织协调能力，项目控制能力，良好的客户沟通能力;
Outstanding capability in organization, coordination and project control capability, good communication still with customers
e) 流利的英语听、说、读、写能力;
Fluent in English, reading, writing, speaking and listening.
