职位描述：
1. 协助项目经理跟进工程相关工作；
2. 协助项目经理制作工程计划书及进度表；
3. 检查审核员工出勤，工程管理、报告处理、相关工地日报记录报告，项目资料整理及归档；
4. 工程项目文件的翻译、存档及备份整理，日常文件的复印、打印图纸、扫描、传真等文件处理工作；
5. 负责项目日常事宜，及对外联系工作；
6. 办公室行政事宜，与上海公司联系、协调；
7. 上级交待的其他工作。

职位要求：
1. 良好的中英文书写、口语表达能力；
2. 熟练运用Office 软件，办公设备，如：打印机、扫描仪、传真机；
3. 工作细致、认真，工作主动性强，有责任感，具备自我调节能力；
4. 有良好的沟通及协调能力，有团队合作精神；
5. 有相关经验者优先；
