Main Responsibility:

1,Oversee all functions of the supplier Quality Management program.

2,Conduct the supplier audit periodically,including system audit and process audit.

3,Work with buyer/PM to conduct potential supplier audit,review the supplier's physical quality and quality system & submit the audit report.

4,Monitor supplier quality performance and perform supplier qulity trend reviews.

5,Work with suppliers on continuous improvement plans and verification the effectiveness of correcctive actions.

6,Assist in performing and training suppliers in various product testing requirements.

7,NPI stage involved ,improving supplied parts and meet spec.

Qualification:

1,Bachelor degree in Engineering or other relevant field.

2,At least 5 years related experience in supplier quality development process.

3,Familiar with quality system(ISO90001,ISO14001,Green Parts)/process and tools,solid supplier quality system/process audit experience.

4,Good communication skills,able to work with a multifunctional team,self-motivated,able to work under pressure and prepare to travel.

5,Good command of English (written/oral)and PC.
