Our company is looking for his Event Manager.
As a strategic marketing and communication position in our organization, the Event Manager will have following missions:
- Supervise the creation and development of events, demonstrations, activities or conferences in our company's cooking studio
- Implement the company's marketing strategy
- Enhance the brand image to the targeted clients and design the reputation of the brand
- Work in close contact with Sales Department for identifying the target audience, devising the event-concept, planning the events and coordinating the technical aspects
- Responsible of planning but also executing the events
- Ensuring a return on investment
He/She reports directly to Managing Director.
Targeted profile:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in Event Management or Marketing in F&B industry
- University degree related to Marketing & Communication
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Be creative and analytical
- Result oriented, and skilled in communicating tactfully
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to assume budget responsibilities
- Able to be a multi-dimensional professional (event design, logistics, budgeting, negotiation, client service)
- Be ready to work on a startup company, member of a larger group
- Be enthusiastic, not afraid of changes and adversity
