本公司总部位于美国，在全球近３０个国家地区设立分支机构开展业务，现上海分公司随着业务的迅速发展，现诚聘包装产品开发及采购专员一名，要求如下：
大专及以上印刷包装类专业，3年以上印刷包装领域实际工作经验或是其他企业负责印刷包装品的相关职位工作经验，英语读写良好，能熟练操作PC机办公软件及印刷专业图文软件如Adobe Ill， Photo Shop...etc; 了解国内特别是上海江苏浙江福建等地的不同包装品生产厂家情况；熟悉不同类别包装产品（彩盒，标签，插卡，瓦楞纸盒，展示架，包装袋等）的各工序生产过程及品质控制和检验方法，对出口欧美的各类包装产品质量标准要求和检验方法有所了解；工作认真细致，有在美国零售商或是产品出口企业负责包装产品经验者优先。

Responsibility:
1.Source and develop different catalog packaging factorie and sampling in N.China.Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangshu Fujian preferred.
2.Good Communication skill, build and maintain partner factories relationship.
3.Prices and lead time nigotiation; Pre-production files and samples check and analyst with proper fty production selection.
4.ERP proceeding and final production monitor and coordination with related dept/roles following up.
5.Supplier train managmeent and partner fty train and continue improvment.
6. Other related.
Requirement:
1. With 3 years' working experiences in printing & packaging industry.
2. Understanding branding packaging requirement of FMCG companies/retailers is preferred.
3. Know and understand packaging prodcution workflow, procedures & quality controlling, inspection methods.
4. Good negotiation & communication skills.
5. Well English reading and writing skill, CET 4 above.
