Responsibilities:

·Project coordination for machine delivery projects and service projects.

·Hold kick-off meeting to clarify delivery scope, time schedule, budget etc. for big and hot projects or external order.

·Release capacity reservation to internal customer for internal order, and customer PO follow up and send back OA on time.

·Release internal delivery time schedule on time, report progress to main contractor or end customer.

·Supervise and control project cost under budget, and review cost & analysis for activities of further project.

·Monthly updating internal production indicators, like on time delivery, monthly delivery amount, etc.

·Monthly project hours checking and follow up.

·Service projects process handling, like PO follow up, send back OA, hrs reporting in Baan, cost collecting and invoicing, etc.

·Fulfill task assigned by internal project and production management team.

Requirements:

·Fluent in Mandarin and English,

·Bachelor degree or above with mechanical background.

·Has knowledge of equipment assembly, has project management experience will be a plus,

·Willing and able to flexibility work within a developing organization,

·Working experience in the process of ERP will be a plus, has a full complement of Microsoft software capability.
