Main duties


1. Perform new suppliers sourcing and qualification for mechanical parts and processes (supplier identification, pricing analysis, audit…)
2. Work with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to suppliers
3. Work with NPI teams to monitor the project achievement progress and make sure expected results and outputs are fulfilled by the new suppliers involved in the project
4. Manage continuous improvement of the vendor database to ensure the supply chain performance (quality compliance, on time delivery), minimize cooperation risk (alternate source) and maximize the company profitability (cost reduction, service negotiation).
5. Identify cost reduction opportunities, negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers
6. Perform technology watch to identify all technological opportunities that can improve Technochina performance. Supply market trends analysis and evaluate what changes will impact supply and pricing.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering.
2. Three years' experience in mechanical parts & suppliers sourcing & procurement. Previous experience in engineering discipline with concentration on Supplier Quality is highly preferred.
3. Experience with engineering drawings & specifications and technical detail oriented.
4. Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in industrial and technical environment dealing with many technology sourcing.
5. Strong interpersonal abilities and communication skills
6. Ability to work under high pressure
7. Solid problem solving and analytical skills
8. Fluency in written & spoken English
9. Proficiency in MS Office software.

本公司系外商（法国）投资的独资公司。主要生产加工塑料制品及塑料复合制品；模具设计、制作；金属（铝、镁、铁）合金制品及电子零件。销售自产产品，产品90%以上出口销往欧美、非洲各国。本公司XX产品于2000年10月获国家知识产权局颁发的外观设计专利证书。自2001年正式投资注册营运至今,我公司规模从5-10人的贸易型发展成为现今约300人的生产型企业。投资金额也于2004年增资50%，并扩建了7000㎡的厂房。由于我公司业务不断地拓展，诚聘以下优秀人才加入我司。
