This is a highly visible supply chain role that will responsible for the order fulfillment, logistic arrangement and inventory management functions in Asia Pacific regions . This is a hands-on position responsible for coordinating and executing the supply chain activities that will enable sales, production, logistics and inventory objectives achievement.

Essential Functions

- Process the sales / purchase order within the regions. Monitor contract manufacturers performance and production capacity, follow through the supply chain process to ensure production materials / components / finished products to be delivered to appointed suppliers / customers on timely basis.

- Work closely with contract manufacturers and shipping department on logistic coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

- Work with International Sales team and Commercial team on the demand forecast and monitor the inventory level to achieve target rate of supply and inventory.

- Maintain the supply chain database in Asia and work closely with Ireland / US to ensure the accuracy / integrity of system record and information

- Facilitates, communicates and supports sales personnel, business unit managers, vendors, and customer requirements.


Professional Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline with minimum 3 years experience in supply chain or procurement management, regional exposure / coordination preferably.

- Positive attitude, detail-minded and able to work independently.

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong work ethics, analytically abilities, collaborative and negotiation skills
