a) Internal Coordination

1. Receive booked jobs’ instructions from Sales and check the files to know every details of the shipments.

2. Arrange packing per schedule and give clear and accurate instructions to operation including those documents to be signed by customers on the packing day.

3. Confirm with customer the packing date and documentations required.

4. Coordinate with supervisors and Sales (if any) issue happens during packing, e.g overflow and etc.

5. Receive all the packing documents from Supervisors and prepare documents for applying export permit.

6. Co-ordinate with forwarders for fumigation, crating, 3^rd parties services if needed.

7. Ensuring information keyed in correctly and meeting our weekly KPI i.e global com

8. Verifying all forwarders, agents invoice to ensure they billed us correctly and scan into e-folder for manager approval.

b) Coordination with Customs Broker, Forwarders and Overseas agent.

1. Co-operate with Customs Broker for customs clearance and goods delivered to customs bonded warehouse or port.

2. Send pre-alert to overseas agent. Confirm best port of entry and consignment details. Destination services charges.

3. Book vessel or flight.

4. Check the OBL draft or AWB draft.

5. Send OBL/AWB to overseas agent.

6. Follow up with overseas agent for the actual arrival date and delivery date of the shipment.

7. Get Delivery report from overseas agent.

8. Follow up with Agent and Insurance centre on claims.

1. Bachelor Degree or above.

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience, experience in the same industry is preferred.

3. Good Written and Spoken English skills.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Must be proficient with softwares like Microsoft, Excel, Words and Outlook etc.

6. Strong customer relationship skills.

7. Can work under pressure.

8. Customer-oriented.
