Basic Functions:

Support Merchandise Manager to manage Soft Home business (Soft Window, Basic/Décor Bedding including Comforter/Quilt/Sheet etc.)

Principal Responsibilities:

1, Good Knowledge of Soft Home sourcing market in Asia especially in China. 2, Daily communication with US Home Office via email for product development, order follows up - production schedule monitoring, lab testing, Inspection and operation related matters. 3, Is capable of working independently under Merchandise Manager's supervision. 4, Communicate with suppliers in product development, costing and sample follow up 5. Visit factories to review production, and/or participate in-line inspection. 6, Provide guidance or assistance to suppliers/factories to ensure a good understanding of company's requirements for compliance. Scope Data: Reporting to: Merchandise Manager Position Base: Shanghai Knowledge & Skills: 1 Education: University graduated 2 Working experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in export to US market. 3 Language skills : Excellent verbal & written English(level 6 above); 4 Computer skills: Has the ability to operate personal computers, including outlook Express, Microsoft word, excels, PowerPoint etc.

JCPPC seeks to facilitate the direct import of merchandise, where appropriate, thereby creating substantial savings to the Company and impacting the gross margin of profits. Buying Units can then pass these savings on to the final customers.
