职位描述
Purpose of the Position 职位目标
Assist department head to build up underwriting team and management system for credit project.
协助部门负责人建立信贷项目的审批团队以及审批管理系统。
Scope 责任
Underwriting Manager reports directly to Customer Relation Director. 审批经理直接客户关系总监汇报工作。
Responsibilities 主要工作内容
-?Thoroughly understand and execute credit underwriting policy完全掌握并执行信贷审批政策
-?Evaluate risk based on applicants’ data and verification records, ensure that the underwriting process meet the time goal基于申请人信息和核查结果评估风险,并确保审批流程满足时效要求
-?Assist to Department Head with daily processing management, operational risk monitoring and control协助部门负责人进行每日作业管理,运营风险监控
-?Assist to Department Head with periodic training and internal audit协助部门负责人完成定期培训和内部审计
-?Assist Department Head to meet underwriting KPI协助部门负责人达成审批业务KPI
-?Identify the qualified verification resources and manage the relationship with external vendors寻找有效的外部核查资源并维护与外部供应商的关系
Education: College or above degree
Language: Good command of written/oral English and Mandarin
Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email at a highly proficient level
Business Competences:
-?Familiar with local consumer finance market and credit-verify tools熟悉消费金融市场和信贷核查工具
-?Credit acceptance or related experiences. ( > 5 years) 5年以上信贷审批经验
Or Experience working in credit card, unsecured personal loan or consumer finance ( > 5 years) 5年以上信用卡,无抵押个人贷款,或者消费金融领域工作经验
-?1+ Years risk policy or risk management related experience, familiar with the PBOC fiancé regular and fiancé risk management
-?Strong consciousness in compliance and market
-?Strong ability of comprehensive analysis, with the credit system project testing and project management experience is preferred.
Behavioral Competences:
-?Good communication skills to explain the issue to various parties
-?Analytical skills: independent judgment ability and translate data to information which support management decisions.
-?Details oriented: pay attentions on details with a high level of accuracy and accurately grasp the business risk
-?Time management: prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Working Conditions
The underwriting manager is located in a busy office where he/she spends long time using computers and other office equipment. He/she is faced with interruptions and must meet with colleagues, clients, partners, or suppliers on a regular basis. He/she must work with intense concentration and meet several deadlines in a regular basis.
Occasional domestic traveling may be required.
