CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications:
1.Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in field of International Business, Marketing, Psychology or any related field of studies.
2.Should have an excellent oral and written English Communication.
3.Should be adept with technical proficiencies in various Microsoft office applications, the Internet and the Social Media platforms.
4.Passionate, dedicated and hard-working.
5.Experience in Customer Service and Sales are a plus.
Job Posts:
The Customer Service Representative must be able to:
1.Offer full range of customer service to HiLIQ Clients by phone, fax, or mail/e-mail.
Full range of customer service includes handling of incoming calls and outgoing calls
2.The offered customer service should be of highest quality - accurate, polite, and competent.
3.Include data input to Clients’ programs and other back office tasks. The BO tasks should be made on first opportunity, precisely, without mistakes.
4.Client acquisition and accountability on each clients’ sales and package
5.Strive hard to address the Clients’ questions and concerns and make him a buying customer.
6.Take care of a client and be accountable on clients’ needs at all time.
7.Address customers’ complaint in Tickets and emails and be able to make him satisfied at all time.
8.Data collection of future partners/ clients through an extensive online searching.
9.Be familiar with HiLIQ products, services and terms and be able to explain it efficiently to customers.
10.Listen, ask questions, and enthusiastically implement the tools given to improve the quality of your work.
11.Participating in brainstorming, planning and strategizing on how the team and the company can reach more goals.
12. Help to keep motivation high by being supportive to your colleagues.
13.Consistently deliver high performance of customer service related tasks.
14.Take full responsibility and the required action for assigned tasks.
