职位描述
Summary: Assures consistent quality of production by enforcing company and customer quality procedures and standards, validating processes; providing documentation; managing staff.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Participate in the technician audit and maintain an active record of all factories compliance record and report to China Quality Director.
- Monitor suppliers’ retailer social compliance status and assist new suppliers with preparing for social compliance audits.
- Conduct Quality Evaluation for new suppliers and annually renewal Quality Evaluation for existing suppliers.
- Visit factories before and after 3rd party audits assigned by retailers and ensure factories to prepare well and take corrective actions if anything wrong with audit results.
- Manage time effectively to perform incoming materials, in process, and last audits for all plant products, especially the new programs.
- Keep China Quality Director well informed by submitting audit reports, audit schedules and on-site audit issues periodically.
- Monitor factory quality performance proactively and call out for issues to factories and China Quality Director.
- Other tasks as required
Skills/Qualifications:
- Average English skills
Education and/or Experience:
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- Three years plus quality control experience in the home textile industry
- Average English skills
- Good vision, good color perception (the most important qualification for the position), readable handwriting
- Thoroughness and attention to details
- Be prepared to travel at short notice
- With social compliance and technical audit background.
