Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and implementation of the exhibition projects;
- According to the project topic, looking for the honored guests and complete the invitation and reception work;
- Responsible for the management of the media;
-Through various marketing channels, collect and contact potential clients, timely provide key information to conference team;
- Research, analysis of potential clients' demand, to follow up important clients;
- Other jobs assigned by the supervisor.


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- University graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration Exhibition or equivalent
- 2+ year working experience (experience in related industry is preferred)
- Fluent in English, oral & writing
- Proficient in PC skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT, and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Conscientious, hard working, initiative, good sense of time control;
- Willing to learn & meet challenges;
- Good communication skills; Good team player;
