Responsibility:

Ensure UFAB SH deliver products with good quality to customer.

Ensure supplier meet UFAB quality performance requirement.

Work Content:

l Support for IQC, FAI, IPQC, FQC, OQC.

2 Make quality control plan and inspection instruction.

3 Review check list (template) which made by inspectors

4 Communicate with customer about requirement or acceptance standard and transfer to internal and supplier.

5 Handling deviation approval request.

6 Finish PPAP and VPA (requirement of quality assurance document from customer)

7 Issue CAR (Corrective Action Request) for internal, supplier claim and follow up corrective action.

8 Handling customer complain by 8D method.

9 Participate in supplier audit.

10 Perform on-site inspection in supplier.

11 Supplier quality performance evaluation and point outimprovement points.

12 Recognize gauge needs.

13 Perform gauge internal and external calibration

14 Other tasks assigned by quality manager

Authorities:

Formal Requirements:

1 Collage degree or above major in mechanical relevant.

2 At least 3 year experience in mechanical industry, food packing industry is preferred.

3 Experience in CNC turning, milling, sheet metal, welding, casting area is preferred.

4 Good skill in measurement.

5 Be familiar with ISO9001.

6 Understand quality tools, 8d, 5why, DMAIC etc.

7 Fluent English with reading and speaking.
