职位描述：
1、负责热线日常维护管理及接听用户报障电话，收集用户初步问题信息，建立相关Ticket；
2、负责客户Documentation检查，并与在线工程师沟通、更正及更新相关信息；
3、全程跟踪用户的IT问题，确保正常运行；
4、公司内部沟通，task schedule 记录，跟踪并及时向上级汇报进度；
5、协助各部门同事做相关信息收集；
6、完成上级交办的其它工作。

任职条件：
1、专科以上学历,工作经验不限,计算机相关专业优先；
2、熟悉PC机硬件维护，各种网络设备基本维护，对服务器、路由器、防火墙能够熟练操作及维护，具备故障诊断和处理能力；
3、熟悉运用和设置windows操作系统，熟悉WINDOWS 2003 SERVER 操作系统，对服务器数据进行日常管理及备份；
4、有团队精神、责任感强，良好的沟通能力及技巧，工作积极主动；
